Sponsor

Through donations and volunteer support we feed and care for over 80 dogs and cats living at 5 locations, including several temples and a local crematorium in Chiang Mai.

These four puppies were abandoned near a busy road in Chiang Mai. We treated them for blood parasites and had them vaccinated and sterilised. They were lucky and are all now living in forever homes.

You can help us with a one-off payment, or donate on a regular basis. All donations are extremely welcome. Without your help, our dogs and cats would not receive urgent medical care, as well as food, vaccinations and sterilisation.

Some of our animals are not ready for adoption, but are still looking for sponsors to help to pay for food and medication costs. All of our animals rely on donations. Here are a few of them:

Shingan

Shingan’s smile – full of joy!

Shingan is one of many abandoned dogs that we look out for at the Hai Ya Crematorium on a daily basis. Shingan requires monthly vet visits for ongoing treatment of lupus. He is full of love and likes nothing more than a big cuddle as a reward for his good behaviour on these visits.

We would love to have a sponsor for Shingan’s monthly vet visits, which are approximately 1,000 THB (27 Euros) per month. This includes his monthly blood tests, general check-up and medication refills.

It does get cold here in Chiang Mai sometimes! Shingan is very proud of his beautiful fleece coat!

Latte:

Loveable Latte. The rest of his siblings have already been adopted, but Latte is still waiting.

Latte and his siblings found themselves unwanted and dumped at Hai Ya Crematorium in Chiang Mai in 2017. His siblings found loving homes, but he wasn’t as lucky. Sadly, it gets more and more difficult to rehome dogs as they get older, even if they are as sweet, gentle, and loving as Latte. We still hope that he will find a forever home, as he is such an adorable being.

Latte craves human companionship and is always very keen for a back scratch and an ear rub from our volunteers.

If you are able to sponsor Latte, his monthly sponsorship for food and preventative treatments is only 900 baht or 25 Euros. This covers a month’s worth of meals, and preventative treatments for fleas, ticks and worms.

Latte – a favourite with us all here at AAAS

Pluto:

Abandoned at Hai Ya Crematorium as a puppy, Pluto has a congenital ear problem that can cause excruciating pain if left untreated

Pluto has an ongoing ear problem that requires monthly vet visits. He enjoys being chauffer driven through the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai, although is a bit less keen on the ear cleaning!

Pluto’s monthly vet visits are 800 Thai Baht (22 Euros). If you would like to sponsor Pluto’s vet visits you can make a regular donation here:

Patch:

Patch – being very well behaved at a recent vet trip

Patch has a recurring skin problem that leaves her prone to painful ear sores. She needs regular trips to the vet to have these cleaned and medicated. Left untreated they would become infected and cause serious issues.

You could help with her vet visits and medication costs with a monthly sponsorship of $700 Thai Baht or 20 Euros a month.

If you would like to sponsor Patch you can make a regular donation through Paypal here:

Jaow Kaow:

Jaow Kaow was dumped a puppy and has lived at Hai Ya Crematorium for several years now. He is extremely friendly and very affectionate in the company of humans, but he loves his doggy friends and is a happy and valued member of the pack.

Jaow Kaow’s monthly sponsorship covers a month’s worth of meals, and preventative treatments for fleas, ticks and worms. Monthly sponsorship for a dog’s food and preventative treatments is only 900 baht or 25 Euros.

Oo ee:

Oo Ee – gradually learning to trust humans again.

Oo Ee was abandoned at the Hai Ya Crematorium as a young dog. We have no idea about where he came from or what his previous experience with people was like, but it took a long time for us to gain his trust.

He is a beautiful and sweet boy who obviously has suffered from some unknown trauma inflicted by humans in the past.

Oo Ee would love for someone to be his monthly sponsor! Monthly sponsorship covers a month’s worth of meals, and preventative treatments for fleas, ticks and worms. Monthly sponsorship for a dog’s food and preventative treatments is only 900 baht or 25 Euros.

Just a few of the pack who live at Hai Ya Crematorium – some are still too shy for adoption with a forever home, but with love and affection from our team of volunteers they are learning to trust humans again.

Most of our animals have no owners. Some of our animals are looking for forever homes. If you are interested in fostering or adopting a furry friend then have a look at our other page: https://allanimalsaresuay.org/adopt

Volunteer time means food and medication, but most importantly -love and cuddles!
